Long for sure. short hair is hard to pull off with a lot of face shapes. Also it gets really annoying when you cant put your hair in a ponytail. Long hair is also a lot more versatile and can have countless styles when you are very limited with shorter styles.

I have long thick hair and I love it cause it is not bushy it is very soft and blonde with natural highlights. I think short hair looks good on some people, definetley not Kiera Knightley though.

Definitely long hair/ Just don't be obsessed with straightening it, most guys like a little, or a lot of curl in a girls hair. Just don't let it be frizzy or all split ends, believe it or not we notice even if we don't admit. But long without a doubt.
