I had long thick hair when I was a teenager, but now i have hair fall, my hair became thin and too silky, when i trim my hair they look good, but after a week they look so too small and lifeless.

The first answerer was correct. I use Prell shampoo and nothing gives my hair volume like Prell. As for long, give it time and it will grow. It has taken years to get mine as long as it is.
