I have long hair, and I once met a guy who was a fetichist. We were not going out together (Thank God) but I know he was fascinated by my mane and wanted to touch it, comb it, and apply cream to it. He was very pushy and kept talking about it each time we saw each other. So I finally agreed in order to get rid of his weird request. He just looked like a maniac when he was touching my hair and he even cut a strand of it with a razor before I could react. I was furious and never saw him again.

My personal conclusion: only my boyfriend is allowed to touch my hair now and he wouldn't have become my boyfriend in the first place if he had showed any morbid interest in my hair.
