Long hair??

well i have really short hair but is there any vitamin that can make my hair grow faster i heard that multi vitamins work?? but im not sure and if its truth which one??

Long hair??

I heard that was just a myth - but scalp stimulation is supposed to promote growth, so give your head a lovely massage!

Long hair??

Hair Skin %26amp; Nail vitamins.

You can get them at walmart.

Long hair??

Yeah, it's called extensions. lol jk

No, I don't think there is, sorry.

Long hair??

go to a salon that sells Nexus products, ask the owner if he/she can order you some hair vitamins... these are the best i have found that work.

Nexus Hair Vitamins...

Long hair??

i think it wuz vitamin E..not sure but you can try it..just mix it in with your shampoo and use it regularly on daily showers....oh and brush your often!

Long hair??

I don't know of any vitamins that will make your hair grow, but I know that often people see their hair growing faster if they give it a trim! hope that helps.

Long hair??

I think u should use, Hair Skin %26amp; Nail vitamins. my cousin used it and it seemed to work.

Long hair??

there arent actually any vitamins that make your hair grow faster, there are some for making it thicker but none for what you want... How fast your hair grows is just how fast your hair grows your best bet would be extensions. or just letting it grow out

Long hair??

Well if ur adding certain products to ur hair such as perms, bleach, die, rinse etc. Then maybe u should cut down on that and just let your hair grow freely....... i would prefer wearing ur hair in a wrap or getting braids (if ur hair can take that),, wash ur hair every week and keep ur scalp moist.........

Long hair??

I've heard that flax seed or flax oil can give you shiny hair, and possibly make your hair grow longer. You can get ground flax seed and put them in a fruit smoothie - a great thing to drink every day.

You should also avoid washing your hair daily and only wash every other day. Avoid washing your hair with shampoo with sodium laurel sulfate (most shampoos have this ingredient, it's what makes it foam). This ingredient can cause damage and breakage. You can wash your hair your hair with conditioner (yes, it's true! Luis Lucari said so on the Today Show!) or you can use "Wen Cleansing Conditioner" (http://www.chazdean.com/). I've been using Wen for 2 years and I love it.

An instant fix for your short hair may be extensions. There are some great clip in hair extensions on the market today: http://clipinhairextensions.weebly.com/ And the great thing is, you can switch back and forth between long and short hair - how many people get to do that?!
