Long hair on guys??

The other day my brother told me he wants to grow his hair out long. So I was like cool, cuz I thoguht it would look good on him. Little did i know, he thinks of long hair like this:

I was like no way when i found that out because I personally find guys with long hair like that gross (no offense Bo Bice!)

(guy in middle) In defense my bro told me a girl he was talking to online thought guys with long hair are cute. I told him her idea of long may be totally differant from his.

My questions are:

1. How long would you concider long hair to be on a guy??

2. Do you think guys with LONG hair (like Bo Bice) are cute??

I used to have LONG hair (shoulderlength) but cut it because I was tired of being mistaken for a girl ...XD

Bottom line, in only looks good on a guy if he is very slim or otherwise athletic, when the guy is kind of fat it makes him look like a laid back computer programmer and it is the dorkiest, most retarded look ever!

You want to look like David Beckham or Orlando Bloom, NOT Comic Book Guy from the Simpsons!!!!

1. I don't really like Bo Bice-long hair! It looks kind of scruffy and unpolished. Not professional, or clean-looking.

2. I think they can be cute, but the hair definitely does not add positively to the effect.

Tell him to try the hair you showed us, and if he wants to grow it longer, okay! You can't control him, and if it looks bad... well, you can always cut it off in his sleep! Lol. :)

2. Personally, I find long Bo Bice hair a littttttttle bit extreme. I think guys look nicer with shorter long hair, if you get what I mean!

You already told him that her idea of long hair may be different, so you've basically done what you can. But hair takes awhile to grow so you have plenty of time to convince him not to!!! Good luck!

well that kind of hair looks good on Bo. it all depends on what your bro looks like. long long looks good on some just not on others. I would tell him to try medium for a while if it looks right leave it. If there is still something missing go longer. Now you cant lose

I think long hair on guys can look cool as long as it isnt really really long (like past shoulders) and as long as they dont let it get greasy and get their split ends cut reguarly. It should still look as if it is cared for.
