Long hair versus short hair,which do you prefer?

I have long straight healthy hair,(no split ends) I mention this because some people have long damaged hair which is unbecoming...if your going to have long hair I think it should be healthy...(anyway)...

my question is in general,do you prefer long hair or short ? I am thinking of cutting my hair a blunt cut right at my shoulders...right now it's a little past my bra...about an inch past...

on my avatar you can get an idea of how my hair long looks...

I trimmed mine to right in the middle of my bra..it was in the middle of my back....it's much lighter and easier to style. I couldn't cut it past my shoulders though, I would miss it too much.

I agree about the unhealthy, nappy long hair being bad. I finally got a friend of mine to cut hers to a healthy length and start over with regular trims. It looks so much better!!

I'm a guy and I love girls with short hair. About ear length. Long hair just gets in the way. Seriously, try putting an arm around a girl, or rubbing her back and winding up with a hand caught in her hair. I definitely like short hair.

and i have it long now...i say stick with something in the middle...shoulder length and cut into the chin

i like long .you can do more things with it. but not too long . i mean if you want to get your hair cut than get it cut but not too much maybe 1-3 inches cut.

But if you really want to have a haircut.. dont shorten the length too much, instead get them layered... they'll look gr8!

Do not cut your hair. You will regret it. Every time, I did that, I hated myself. There is a lot that can be done with long hair versus the short hair.

For you, right now, long looks pretty. Later on, real short but styled. Don't cut it straight across shoulder: short and sassy !!or long and sexy...the longer the better!

long hair! always long hair on women! dont cut it! very few ladies can pull off short hair and even then they most likely look better with longer hair anyway. I think thats a proven fact, if its not, it should be.
