I have long hair, I saw on style network how all the celebs are always getting extentions. You can do so much with long hair. I like in the winter, when It's cold, I wear my hair down and it keeps my neck warm. In the summer, It keep knats off my neck. (when my hair is cool or wet, when its warm, I put it up.) I think girls with REALLY short hair look like guys. Also, If you curl it, it will look shorter.

It honestly really depends. On me, I think long hair looks best. However, (for example) on Halle Berry I think the really short hair looks best....and I mean really short. Like her hair was in Swordfish....I thought she looked absolutely beautiful in that movie and her hair was maybe 2 inches long.
