If you're short and concerned about looking young, shorter is usually a better option since long hair makes you shorter. For me personally i find that long hair gives me more options. Everytime i go short i regret it. I always have to wash my hair because i feel it gets greesier and i tend to have alot more breakage from over wash/blowdrying. I find long hair lasts longer, you can pull it up or half way or down. It seems you can do more; braids, ponytail, updo, curly. I have experienced not getting as bored with it.
