Well my hair is around shoulder length *a bit shorter* and I want to get it .... well below my chest.

realistically your looking at around two years to get that length there is no miracle cure just take care of it well regular and have it trimmed once every 2 month to prevent split ends....

my took around 2 years but Ii used shampoo with protein thats what makes it grow and ,lots of vitiams for hair growth, Id like to know how brittney spears grew her's back so fast wow her hair looks good now , Im not sure but good luck

You can take vitamins though that can keep your hair healthy and give it a better chance of growing faster. You can take prenatal vitamins, but ask your docter first since they are for pregnant women. Or what I use by Natures Bounty, its in a Pink Bottle/ Box and it's called Skin, Hair and Nails.

Biotin is what helps the hair grow and nails too. These vitamins taste really nasty but within a month my hair got stronger and my nails grow like there is no tomorrow.
